Terms & Conditions
Good to Know Before You Book
- Prices listed include travel within a 20 km radius.
- Travel beyond 20 km will incur an additional travel fee starting from $20, depending on the distance and location.
- Clients who choose to attend the studio will receive a 10% discount on services.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit will be deducted from the final balance.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the appointment may transfer the deposit to a future booking (subject to availability).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment mean the deposit will not be refunded.
- Any changes to the booking date or time are subject to availability.
- Early morning, public holiday, or special event bookings may incur additional fees.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all group bookings.
- Final participant numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the booking date.
- Cancellations or reductions in participant numbers made within 7 days of the booking date may still be charged based on the confirmed numbers.
- Travel fees may apply for locations more than 25 km from the studio.
Any additional requests, special requirements, or matters not covered in these terms and conditions will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and artist before the booking is confirmed.
- All makeup services include complimentary false lashes.
- Hair Styling (Down Style): Hollywood Waves, Beach Waves, Curls, Straightening etc.
- Hair Styling (Up Style): Half Up Hall-Down, Low Bun, High Bun, Braids, etc.
- For hair styling services, please arrive with clean dry hair.
- Please advise of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
- Inspiration photos are welcome and can help achieve your desired look.
- Touch-up services are not included unless arranged in advance.
- Once the service is completed, any major changes or restyling may incur an additional charge.
